Stratford TF50B stove Thermostat

Stratford boiler stoves have this thermostat control on them. This sets the desired temperature of the water - the stove is automatically regulated to achieve this temperature - if the water is not hot enough the air supply is increased, when the water is hot enough the air supply is decreased.
