Akvantti Accumulator Heat Store Tanks
Akvaterm Akvantti accumulator tanks are ideal where a large size accumulator is needed but the access is narrow. The width of Akvantti accumulator tanks is only 810mm and they come come in three sizes: 1400lt, 2000lt, 2400lt.
Like other Akvaterm accumulator tanks the insulation thickness is 100mm covered with a white steel protective outer. This level of insulation ensures that heat losses are mimimised helping to preserve the stored heat. The tappings on Akvantti heat stores are of a decent size, there is a generous amount of tappings, large and small bore and the tanks themselves are robust and built to last.
As listed here the Akvantti accumulator tanks come with a domestic hot water coil and a solar coil as standard, but it is possible to order them without these coils (which reduces the price of course) and they can also be fitted with a second solar coil if required. Akvantti accumulator tanks cannot come with a solar baffle and, although they will still perform very well, the dedicated solar accumulators are a better choice if you have a large area of solar thermal panels or tubes and access allows.
