Arkiane Designer Stoves

The Kephren stove is named after the Kephren Pyramid which stands in Egypt next to the Sphinx and has amazed and mystified visitors for hundreds of years. This beautiful stove takes on that aura of mystery as you watch the fire roaring away without any sign of a chimney. You will have the luxury of feeling the warmth spread across the room, and the pleasure of seeing the fire from every side, and yet you still won't see how it is done.

The secret lies in the tubes hidden in the stove's cover stiles, which draw the smoke out and down to an assisted flue that runs horizontally, either beneath the floor or platform, to the outside wall and there joins the vertical flue.

The Kephren stove is capable of giving up to 12 kilowatts of heat from burning wood and is refuelled simply by tilting the pyramid up to give access to the fire. It can also be run as an open fire with the pyramid left tilted partially open. The Kephren pictured below has a steel grating and is inset into the floor.

The Arkiane Fayko is a unique stove with a large eye shaped window. You can hang the stove from the ceiling with no other visible means of support than the flue or the stove can be freestanding on a pedestal. The freestanding or hanging Fayko has 4 windows, one on each side giving a great view of the flames. The stove doors can open on each side giving access to the large firebox.
When installed as an insert stove the Fayko looks a like an eye with a flaming pupil burning at it’s centre. The Fayko stove can come as a single or as a double sided insert stove – letting you look right through that ‘eye’.
The Fayko can also come as a wall mounted stove, either standing on a pedestal or hanging on the wall.
With a heat output of 12kW the Fayko can also really push some heat out – warming your house as well as looking great.

The Oxalis in Japan symbolises elegance and simplicity and, with its arrow shaped leaves, is the perfect name for this gorgeously shaped wall mounted stove.

The shaped glass door of this designer stove can easily be unhinged and kept on the accessory stand, so that at any time it can be run as an open fire. It is designed both to look beautiful but also to be very easy to use and, with its twelve kilowatt heat output it can, if needed, make a significant addition to your existing heating.

The Arkiane Soio is a bold scimitar shaped stove that can be used as an inset stove or mounted on a wall. At 12kW heat output it is not just built for looks. If the Soio is wall mounted then a unique convection system allows heat from the stove and the flue cover to be distributed to the room through a series of vents. The large shaped glass in the door is kept clear with an effective airwash system.
