Esse 700 stove

A nominal output of 10.5 Kw, and a maximum output considerably higher than that if needed, makes this the perfect stove for when you have a big space to heat. Esse have managed to combine a very traditional look with elegantly clean lines and have produced a stove that would be equally at home in a big barn conversion as it would be in a modern open plan house. Big glass windows to watch the fire through, lots of firebox space to load up logs and an efficiency of over 80% combine to make this a really outstanding stove.

The 700 is a genuine convector stove, in that the inner body is enclosed within a cast iron cladding on four sides (left, right, top and back). This means that it draws cold air off the floor, warms it between the two skins and convects it around the room. This gives a really effective spread of warmth and at the same time stops it getting too hot immediately around the stove.
