A Pow Wow is a gathering of South American people, the word deriving from Powwaw which means spiritual leader. This is when South American people gather together to sing, dance, socialise and enjoy their culture. Presumably they would gather around a fire in the evening and you can see why the Invicta Pow Wow was given that name. The Invicta Pow Wow stove would not look out of place inside a very large tipi tent with elders gathered around for a nights feasting, talking, and pipe smoking no doubt.
The Invicta Pow Wow is the elder stove to the Invicta Tipi stove. The Pow Wow stove can also be burnt with the doors open for an open fire effect – but this is not a very efficient way to run a woodburning stove. The Invicta Pow Wow woodburning stove will give up to 14kW of heat to the room and is well suited to large, tall rooms, something with an open vaulted ceiling, perhaps installed in a double height section of the house or in a barn conversion.
