Morso 5660 Insert Stove
With a nominal heat output of 6.6kW the Morso 5660 inset stove is suited to the medium sized room and, like most Morso stoves, the 5660 is made from cast iron. This gives the 5660 inset stove that extra touch of quality and a finish to match. The Morso 5660 is an elegant and simple inset stove with little in the way between you and the view of the fire through the large window (airwashed of course). The 5660 is a pretty big stove with a width of over 700mm and able to take logs up to 500mm in length, yet the flue size is still only 150mm making it easier to install and cheaper in terms of liner and insulation.
One part you do not get to see is the outer layer of the 5660 stove firebox which is covered in ribs to increase the surface area which allows more heat to be transfer to the room. At the back of the stove is a direct air spigot allowing you to connect the stove to a 125mm external air spigot which is especially important if your house is well sealed, and will in fact reduce the draughts through the house even if it is not that airtight.
The Morso 5660 can be fitted with an optional fan and control unit to spread even more heat to the room and what's more the fan and unit can be retrofitted if you decide that you want to go for it after the stove has been installed.

Morso S81 90 Insert stove
Here is the new S81-90 insert stove. It has been designed with a standard fireplace in mind. It is an ideal stove to replace your old open fire or gas fire. With is its 81-88% efficiency, it will suit many homes.
It is a beautiful stove, very compact and made with quality cast iron that you expect from Morso. With a 4kW output it is well suited for a small room. It can also come with the option of three or four-sided trim options in both dark grey or brushed stainless steel.
