Woodfire RSD series double sided insert stoves
The Woodfire range are part of a new generation of wood burning boiler stoves. These latest boiler stoves run at super high efficiencies, usually over 80%, can connect directly into pressurised systems, come as standard with overheat safety valves (making the plumbing very straightforward) and are designed to fit well with clean lined modern interiors. All the Woodfire stove models have a high output compared to other contemporary boiler stoves and are some of the most efficient boiler stoves on the market.
Woodfire stoves are available as free-standing models (with a curved or flat top) or there is a wide choice of insert stoves. These stoves run at an impressive efficiency ratings, which means that you can have plenty of hot water for the family and run a complete central heating system at the same time. The rated outputs to water are measured by burning wood so you get a true figure for how they will actually be used. Wood can give less heat to water, depending on how the stove is designed, so when comparing Woodfire boiler stoves to others, check which fuel the figures are based on.

Woodfire RS 19D double sided insert stove
The Woodfire RS 19D is the larger of the two double sided insert boiler stoves. The RS 19D gives 14kW to water and 5kW to the room and can form a stunning feature in your home. Because it is double sided this stove is ideal in houses where each living space is divided partially by walls. For example this can let you view the fire from your living room and kitchen at the same time, and allows you to load the fire from either room. The Woodfire RS 19D can be installed on vented or pressurised systems and comes with overheat protection as standard. This is a dedicated woodburning boiler stove the nominal outputs and efficiency rated have been tested burning wood. Primary air can be supplied through a 100mm external air duct, secondary air is taken from the room.
