Duroflame Carre Pellet Stove
It might look like a woodburner but, with the Carre, most of the work is done for you. Simply tell it when you want it to come on and what temperature you'd like the room to be and let the stove do the rest. You get a real flame, a room full of firelight and a house that fills up with warmth, but all without having to lug around firewood or light it every time you want to be warm. Add to that a good flame pattern, whisper-quiet burning and an efficiency of 95.4% and you realise that the best things really do come in small packages.
Duroflame stoves have an 80mm rear flue outlet. This should be connected to a standard 90° Tee (Rhinus, Pelle, Batavia, Carre, Ben) or to Truncated 90° Tee (Rembrand). The first vertical length must have a door to provide easy access for sweeping with the Tee cap providing access for soot removal.
The usual configuration from the stove is an 80mm 90° Tee, an 80mm to 100mm adaptor and a 100mm straight length with door. Where the flexible liner or a twin wall system connects to the rigid flue it should utilise a 100-125mm flex adaptor or twin wall adaptor. Duroflame recommends a chimney diameter of no more than 125mm.
