Morso 1446 Stove
The Morso 1446 is a really nice looking stove, very far removed from the original Squirrel, almost so much so as to make it unrecognisable. Like other Morso convector stoves the 1446 has sides which extend right down to the floor to form the legs. The sides are squared off and the straight surfaces and tight lines give a timeless design. All in all I think that Morso have done a really nice job of redesigning this stove, it is elegant, understated and very simple. Of course like the other Morso stoves the 1446 burns very well, is efficient, and easy to control. With a heat output of 4Kw the Morso 1446 is suited to the smaller room.
And a quick note about the flue pipe in the picture - here you can see that the flue pipe from the Morso 1446 stove curves round by 90 degrees and then runs horizontally into the wall. In the UK you are not allowed to run the flue pipe from your Morso 1446 stove like this, you can go 45 degrees off vertical at most. We do carry a swept 45 degree bend which we can supply with this stove to achieve something similar yet legal.

A magnetic stove pipe thermometer which will stick your first length of fluepipe and help you to keep your Morso 1446 Stove running within the correct burning range - so not too cool, where you could be creating tar in your chimney, or too hot, where you are wasting fuel and risk damaging your appliance.
