Single skin flue

316 grade single skin stainless steel flue pipe comes in 125mm, 150mm, 175mm and 200mm (5", 6", 7" or 8") diameter and in pipe lengths of 250mm, 500mm, 750mm and 1000mm, all with or without an inspection door.

We have a full range of stove flue pipe elbows and bends as well as 90 and 135 degree Tees (a Tee is an elbow with an access branch. A 90 degree Tee is always used for a rear flue when the chimney is lined).

Once installed, stainless steel flue can be sprayed with a black heat resistant paint if required

125mm systems - building regulations advise a mimimum flue size of 150mm and HETAS installers may not fit or connect to a 125mm system. Read more about 125mm flue systems here.

The clay liner adapter is designed to easily make a tar tight connection to existing clay liners. A spigot inserts up into the liner and the shoulder of the adapter then pushes up to meet the liner. Any tar that gets outside of the spigot is led back into the flue system through the shoulder. The clay liner adapter is fixed up by screwing through the upper lip of the shoulder where necessary (often the flue pipe will hold this component up).
Available for use with 175mm, 200mm and 225mm clay liners.

The clay liner sump adapter is a neat solution to an all too common problem. Often clay liners are installed badly without using the correct starter component. This leaves a flat surface (often a cast concrete slab or concrete lintels) to try to make a tar tight connection to. The sump adapter has a wide brim that is sealed to the surface available using high temperature silicone. A spigot then inserts into the flue pipe of the stove and any tar goes back into the flue pipe because of the shape of the sump adapter.
