You always worry when you order something over the internet, that you're not going to get it, have bits missing and can't get the blooming thing installed, or can't get hold of anyone once you've paid for it - BUT it's been a dream dealing with such an efficient, friendly and patient company. My experience of Stovesonline has been very impressive on a number of fronts, the website is very informative, well designed, easy to navigate and contains all the necessary information. I mainly dealt with Shirley who was excellent, knowledgeable, very efficient, fast working and we were able to conduct business by e-mail which added that bit of speed but also some control and immediacy.

This is a first for ordering such complex parts over the internet and I was little nervous about doing it but would have no problems recommending this to others after such a good experience. I have used the Internet to order quite a few commodities, not really had a bad experience but this stands out as one of the best because you can still get hold of a real person to transact with and they really know their stuff.

My proximity to Portbury also helped as I collected the components from the distributor.

So thank you and keep it up.

We have now used our new stove a few times and it's excellent. Apart from being warm it adds real character to our house and is carbon neutral, as we coppice. We are finding it interesting learning about different woods and how to control the fire. Best so far is, we light it with ash, then small thickness cherry and onto bigger cherry. But then we only have Ash and Cherry!! We may have a supply of sycamore for next year.

It is so pleasant to talk to someone that belongs to the human race, no menus, no computerised voices, no call centres at the other end of the world. Of course someone who speaks English even if they are Danish and I add my companions are also Danish ,my old B&O and my Force Satellite receiver and I can pull your leg a very English idiom. May I just thank you for a swift and professional service, very competitive price and a second to none design service. I would have no second thoughts about coming back to your company for any spares or future systems.
I found the site very informative and answered a lot of questions at the early stage and to order the kit one day, and have it arrive the next is a refreshing change and to contain everything that was ordered outstanding!!!!!! I'd seen your floor plates - but they look better with the more modern stove designs (as you indicate). so I think I'll be touring renovated / recond. wood places.

NB. We thickness of the Hearth/Plate, etc....surely not 250mm? I was advised 50mm (almost 2 inches)....
