Morso Squirrel 1412 and Selkirk STC twin wall flue system
This customer wrote to Ben:
Thanks for your excellent service and advice on my recent purchase of Morso Squirrel stove and associated items. I was recommended to you by a friend and would have no hesitation in recommending you myself. As it turned out the stove I was looking to purchase, an Aga, you were able to advise, did not suit my proposal for the hearth and you recommended the Morso instead. Thanks also for the flue design, the parts were exactly right and I had no trouble with the installation (even the weather was kind to me when I put the flue through the roof!). Having completed my installation and fired up the stove I am very happy with it. Attached is a photograph of the completed result.

Westfire 18 and Selkirk STC twin wall flue system
Here you can see a well installed external twin wall flue sytem in Selkirk STC. There is an offset to avoid the windows and then the flue pipe goes straight through the roof overhang creating a better flue system and a neater job. The flue is steadied with a roof brace kit.
This customer kindly wrote to us saying:
Dear Caspian,
Many thanks to you and Stovesonline for your help and advice on our purchase & installation of a wood burning stove and it's associated external Selkirk Twin Walled chimney.
The project is now finished and we've had a few lovely fires. Thought you might like to see a couple of photos.
Thanks again.
Paul
Below you can see two pictures of the installed Westfire 18 stove which looks great!
A Hunter Herald 5 Slimline installation
Just a very quick note to say how thrilled I am with my new woodburning
stove. Picture attached shows it just after installation was completed
(you can see that the plaster and cement is still wet) and before I put
the room back in order and lit it for the first time. Doesn't it look
good! Furthermore, the temperature in the house rapidly rose several
degrees when we started to use it, so I have not had to turn on the
central heating yet despite the recent horrible weather. It is so easy
to light (it almost relights itself up to 12 hours after the previous
use). So economical with wood, too, and so much more convenient,
compared with the old fire. I'm amazed by the way the window cleans
itself.
Many thanks indeed,
Best wishes,
Sarah

Another Stovesonline stove being delivered!
This should perhaps win the prize for the most adventurous, Bond-like, stove delivery of the year. The Esse Ironheart stove is now being installed in this Swiss house in the mountains - pictures of the finished job to follow...
Dovre 2000 stove installation
Rachel installed a Dovre 200 MFR stove in her house in Northumberland. Installed with a tall canopy, I think the stove looks really good in the large inglenook fireplace - just what the Dovre 2000 series are designed for.
