With its clean and simple lines the Woodfire CX8 is a contemporary boiler stove well suited for use in well insulated houses as it gives just 2.6 kW to the room. The remaining 5.4kW of heat is passed straight to water and can take care of the domestic hot water as well as provide some heating. If a thermal store is used, which will always mean the stove is running at its most efficient, then that heat can be captured for use as and when it is needed.
The Woodfire CX8 freestanding boiler stove is suitable for a vented or a pressurised system. The CX8 has a nominal output of 8kW but has been tested up to 12kW, so is capable of increasing its output when needed.
The CX8 stove has a direct air connection allowing it to be connected to an external air duct. This also means that the automation control panel can be used which will control the air supply to the stove based on the set maximum target temperature of the thermal store.
The CX8 is an efficient cleanburning boiler stove which complies with the emissions requirements of EcoDesign.
