I would like information on availability
Our system predicts what might be needed taking lead times into account so if something isn't in stock then its likely that we have it on order already.
For more specialist items that we don't normally hold in stock the lead times can vary depending on the supplier. We can easily let you know what these are likely to be - it helps if you can tell us any options or choices which you would like at the same time.
You can also put a deposit down and we'll order your stove (or other part) in for you and it can then sit safely here and you then know it's ready and waiting for you.
