We have a dedicated website that has information on thousands of stove spares as well as lots of useful information. Most of the main spares are available there to buy online and if the part isn't listed then we will try to find it for you.
Our spares team are also there to help you pick the right part and to advise on how to fit it.
You can also send us a message here and we'll point you to the part you need - we will of course need to know the make and model of your stove. If you're not sure and you bought it from us then we can look it up on our system. If you didn't get your stove from us then we made a handy identify your stove page on our spares website. If that fails then you can simply email pictures and dimensions of your stove to us via the spares site and we'll investigate.
