Smooth Slate Hearth
Our 25-30mm thick and can be cut to any straight edged dimensions. The slate is very dark grey and has natural veining adding extra interest. The top of the hearth has a smooth finish giving a soft sheen and front corners, on square or rectangular hearths, are gently rounded. All visible edges can be dressed on request.
We are unable to supply pieces of
slate in one piece larger than 1200mm x 1000mm due to the pallet
size used for transporting the goods. Ideally it is recommended
that a T shaped hearth is cut in two pieces, an inner and outer so
that there is an expansion joint.
Inside of the orange area on the map (England, the Scots and Welsh border country, and excluding Greater London), the Smooth Slate Hearth is eligible for delivery included in price.
