Klover Star 90 Wood Cooker

The Star 90 has a nominal output of 11.5kW and an impressive 85% efficiency. This is a cooker with a decent size firebox, allowing you to fit a good load of wood at one time, and the extra large oven will happily cope with the biggest turkey you can find! There’s both an airwashed window to let you keep an eye on the fire, and to fill the kitchen with firelight, and a big oven glass so you can time your baking to the second. With such a generous oven size, Klover have thought to put a temperature gauge at the top of the oven and another near the bottom, letting you precisely match your oven temperature to what it is you’re cooking.

With such a large hotplate you can always find the spot with the perfect temperature, whether you’re frying, boiling, simmering or just keeping something warm. The Star 90 even incorporates a reversible cast iron griddle on the right hand side of the hotplate that will let you cook your steaks to perfection.
