The Morsø 7948 places the panoramic 7900 Series firebox on an elegant central pedestal. The narrow stand and circular foot give the stove a lighter, more sculptural appearance while raising the fire to an excellent viewing height.
Large windows across the front and sides allow the flames to be seen from different areas of the room. The pedestal design is particularly well suited to modern interiors, open-plan living spaces and installations where the stove will be viewed from more than one direction.
Designed by Monica Ritterband, the Morsø 7948 combines a softly rounded cast iron body with a polished stainless steel handle. Its clean pedestal base keeps the overall design uncluttered and makes the fire itself the main feature.
An airwash system helps maintain the view through the glass, while convection and advanced combustion air systems provide efficient, controllable wood-burning performance. The stove is Ecodesign compliant and DEFRA approved.
